TRAINING PROGRAM
The North York Astros players under the supervision of Jorge Collazo, the club's Director of Soccer are training 4 times a week to prepare physically and mentally for the 2010 soccer season in the Canadian Soccer League.
The Astros are looking for players, 15 to 21 years of age to compete for a chance to play on the first team or reserve team during the 2010 soccer season.
